Each club has a code i.e. Lakwood Golf
Club - KL20. Your club will have two codes,
one for men and one for women. Each member
will have their own membership number. Scorecards
should be entered into the computer according
to the directions in the EHS manual. At
the end of every month, on a certain date
these scores need to be sent by the club
to Technology Support which then sends the
info to IDC in the United States. Once they
are received at IDC, labels are printed
out and sent back for distribution to members
at each club. Thus every month, members
receive a new label with their updated Index.
At the beginning of each month, on a specified
date each club must also update their program
by calling Technology Support once again
to upload the information.
Labels are distributed to the contact
person from each club. Also included in
the package are postings of members and
their indexes, which can be posted in the
club house. Members should be able to pick
up their labels at their home club.
