The China Golf Association welcomes your
club to the new USGA Computerized Handicap
System. It was taken the association months
to research the right system for China.
We found a system which not only is easy
to use, but is compatible with other systems,
such as the Hong Kong Golf Association's
system. The advantage to this is that the
connection allows clubs to communicate with
one another. If a club would like to find
out about a guest's handicap, all they need
to do to type the person's member number
into the system and an inquiry can be sent
to IDC and a response is immediately returned.
The computerized system is very easy to
use. Included in this package is step by
step instructions in the EHS manual that
will help you learn the system.
